How We Handle Your Information
This site has no enquiry form. The only way to reach us is by email, so the only personal information we hold about you is whatever you choose to put in that message.
Tecartz Limited trading as Innovate Ruthin is the data controller. We use what you send us to reply to you and to carry the conversation forward, and for nothing else. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests, on the footing that you contacted us first.
Our mailbox is hosted on Google Workspace, and Google acts as our processor. There is no CRM behind it and no mailing list. We will not add you to one without asking you first.
We keep correspondence while the conversation is active and for up to 24 months after we last hear from you, then delete it.
We run no analytics of our own and we do not build a profile of you. Two services sit between you and this page. The typefaces load from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when a page opens. The site is delivered through Cloudflare, which may set a cf_clearance cookie to check you are a person rather than a bot, and which counts page views without using cookies. Neither of them tells us who you are.
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to have it transferred elsewhere. Email contact@innovateruthin.co.uk and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
